Stays start at 30 days, with flexible terms after that. If your assignment gets extended, tell us early and we'll work to keep you in the same place.
All utilities and lawn care are included, such as electric, water, internet, trash, etc. Rent may be paid by check, credit/debit card, or electronic check.
Yes. WiFi is available via high speed fiber optic. Most of our homes have a dedicated workspace.
No, we do not currently host pets.
The deposit is $600. This deposit and a signed lease agreement will hold your dates. Upon move-in, the deposit becomes a refundable security deposit in the event of damages. You may pay the deposit via cash, check or card.
Business travelers, contractors, healthcare professionals on assignment, and interns or externs who need a comfortable place to stay in Muskogee. Our west-side bungalow is a 2–3 minute drive from both Muskogee hospitals.

Yes. Lease agreements can be as short as 1 month, or as long as 6 months, with options to extend.
